- Self-hosted in Nepal. Frontend Next.js, backend FastAPI on PostgreSQL, uploads on Cloudflare R2.

- Every interface in English and नेपाली.

- Most code, ideas, and project specs are public from day one.
Embargo & quoting
- Quote anything posted publicly. Attribute to the author's handle for community posts.
- Government project posts are NOT attributed to the individual officer who posted them. Cite the sponsoring ministry, not a person.
- Default embargo release time: 0900 NPT.
